Annual reports (1957-1965); constitution and by-laws (1957); minutes of meetings (1957-1979); correspondence (1961-1979); clippings (1970-1975); ribbons (1964-ca. 1983); scrapbooks (1957-1985); and photographs (1957-1983). The minutes include membership lists and financial reports. Correspondence consists mostly of thank-you notes and reference to beef in purchasing or promoting. Clippings are of meeting notification, social events related to members and/or local people, advances in cattle breeding, and cattle awards. The scrapbooks contain photographs, memorabilia, clippings, and yearbooks.
